What We're
Looking For<\/span><\/u><\/b>
<\/p>

• <\/span><\/span><\/span>A Degree in Finance or a related field is preferred, from an Academic
  Institution or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA or similar).<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>A minimum of 5 years of Finance Experience in a Luxury Hotel environment
  in the International Luxury Hospitality industry.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Proven track record in Achieving Financial Targets, managing budgets,
  and implementing cost control measures without compromising on quality and
  service.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Sensational Teamwork and Collaboration skills to work effectively within
  a group and across departments with Fellow 'FIVERs.'<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Strong commitment to delivering Exceptional Financial Services with
  Passion.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• <\/span><\/span><\/span>Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency
  in English.<\/span>

• A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring

  Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b>
  <\/p>

  • <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensures the Finance Team produces Month -End Closing Reports and all
    other Essential Management Reports with Exceptional precision and timeliness.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Guarantees the Balance Sheets accurately reflect FIVE's Assets and Liabilities,
    showcasing Financial Stability and Transparency.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Reviews balance sheets and verifies that Reconciliations are performed
    with the Highest Level of Accuracy.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepares Detailed and Insightful
    capital reviews as required by the Financial Controller, contributing to FIVE's
    Financial Prowess.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Works closely with the Financial Controller to provide
    Comprehensive and Accurate forecasting and budgeting proposals, aligning with FIVE's
    World -Class Standards.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Develops and implements Best Practices for financial accounting and
    control procedures, constantly Reviewing processes to Maximise efficiency and
    impact.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Complies with FIVE's Policies
    and Procedures, enhancing performance on the Finance Balanced Scorecard and
    setting Industry -Leading benchmarks.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Conducts monthly Finance Update Meetings with the Financial Controller,
    driving Strategic financial discussions.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assists Department Heads in
    Boosting their Financial Awareness, providing them with Bespoke Financial Information
    to Optimise their Operations.<\/span>
