UltraPharma, a leading pharmaceuticals distributor in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Accounts and Finance Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take on a key leadership role in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

• Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including GL, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Develop and implement effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with local regulations and IFRS, including UAE VAT regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax and regulatory authorities as required, particularly in relation to UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Prepare accurate and timely quarterly and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, track performance and calculate commissions.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and top customers, negotiating favorable terms and maintaining strong partnerships.
• Prepare purchase forecasts, purchase orders, and arrange the imports via air/sea freight.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial accounting principles, standards, and practices.
• Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience with UAE VAT regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with UAE corporate law is a plus.
• Experience and implementtion in ERP, specifically SAP Business One.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in importing goods is desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
