Operations Manager is in-charge of providing creative, innovative, leadership for the restaurant operations.


Key Result Areas:


  • Totally responsible for the performance of restaurant including general appearance, quality, taste, employees, and profitability.
  • Responsible for achieving the revenue targets along with EBITDA targets through daily prompt P&L management.
  • Analyze the operations/ P&L to determine deviation from standards and coach the concerned restaurant managers to take corrective measures.
  • Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand; conferring with people in the community; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing financial, marketing, and sales projections, analyses, and estimates.
  • Sets the management's monthly restaurant business plans and review monthly and informed of any competitive activity.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and coordinate with operations and marketing strategies to keep ahead of competition.
  • Audits cash handling procedures to ensure deposits, receipts for cash, change fund, deletes and paid outs are handled appropriately.
  • Controls purchases and inventory by meeting with Finance Team; negotiating prices and contracts; developing preferred supplier lists; reviewing and evaluating usage reports; analyzing variances; taking corrective actions.
  • Manages and controls product, labour, and other controllable expenses.
  • Approves operating expenditures with guidelines for other controllable and inventory.
  • Sets customer service standards for the area and drives customerfocused culture by serving as a role model in resolving serious customer issues and training managers to meet or exceed customer service standards. Tracks, analyzes, and identifies root cause of customer complaints and leads management team to implement systematic solutions.
  • Manage, monitor and follow up on the periodic maintenance schedule.
  • Accomplishes restaurants human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures, training & development plans for all staffs
  • Prepare weekly reports and provide relevant feedback and suggestions to the higher management to maximize operational efficiency.

Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills):


  • Minimum university degree, Tourism & Hotels Management or Business Administration is highly preferable.
  • Minimum of 7 relevant in Multioutlet food/quick service/casual restaurant environment.
  • A handson approach with a 'cando' spirit
  • A commitment to driving exceptional F&B experiences with a focus on revenue generation, customers.
  • The ability to manage and drive a highly dynamic operation

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
AED15, AED20,000.00 per month
