About Magnificent:

Magnificent Holiday Home Rental is a Dubai Based luxury property management and rental company catering for the different needs of the foreign and local property owners in UAE.

Specializing in property management, short-term luxury rental including furnishing, property set-up and its maintenance.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
female Accountant to join our team.

As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring the highest level of accuracy in our financial records.

Responsibilities:

Manage Daily Financial Transactions: Handle day-to-day financial tasks with care. This includes recording bills, keeping track of inventory, handling payroll, and ensuring all financial records are in order.

Handle Employee Payments and Benefits: Be responsible for paying employee salaries and managing benefits, such as leave salaries and gratuity, in line with UAE labor laws.

Use ERP Accounting System: Put your experience with ERP accounting systems to good use to make financial processes smoother.

Manage Petty Cash and VAT Reporting:Keep track of petty cash and make sure it aligns with UAE VAT laws. Provide reports as needed.

Handle Various Billing Types: Efficiently manage different types of bills and ensure they're accurate and compliant with contracts.

Maintain Customer Balances: Ensure that customer balances are up to date, so we collect payments as agreed in contracts.

Review Invoices for Accuracy:Carefully check invoices for accuracy and proper approvals before making payments.

Oversee Financial Procedures: Make sure that financial processes are followed correctly in different departments, like Purchasing and Inventory.

Manage Daily Cash Flow and Bank Reconciliation:Keep an eye on our daily cash flow, pay what needs to be paid, and ensure our bank records match our actual finances.

Prepare Custom Reports:Create reports that provide the information our management needs to make good decisions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Tagalog or Arabic speaking is a
MUST

Salary Range: 4000 AED AED

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
