The real estate consultant's primary role is to advise their clients on the viability of real estate development, investing or purchasing real estate.

They provide expert, research-backed advice to help clients make the best possible financial decision.

Reporting to:
Property Consultant's Team Leader.

JOB DESCRIPTION_

1- Property consultant responsible for calls, site visits, negotiations, closures, recoveries etc.

2- Call the leads and qualify them for a project assigned.

3- Accompany he clients to the site visit and explain about the property.

4- Prepares clients for all the procedure of negotiation.

5- Creating a balance between the builder and the customer.

6- Motivating the customer for the purchase.

7- Support the customer and the builder till the deal is closed.

8- Notify any new project to the Business development department.

9- Keep the CRM (Company online systems) up to date, ensuring no pending tasks or calls.

10- Enhance knowledge on market and project to explain to the customer.

11- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly sales reports. Ensure a healthy pipeline of customers at all times.

Good communication and resourceful in the country

Arabic and English preferred.
