    Description


    Hand on Fronius GTAW Machine, able to settingMacro program to perform Auto cladding process on different featureprofile such as Seat Pocket, Ring Groove, Figure 8 Profile, ID /ODgroove, small bore diameter, cavity base andetc.

    To perform pre-weld cleaning of part, toclean part and removal of Antirust. To moving, lifting, flippingpart and set up part to welding in multiple location and direction.
    Follow all safety guideline, compliance to TechnipFMC HSErequirement to perform lifting, cleaning, heating and weldingoperation.


    Understands procedures, work orders,Drawings, set-up sheets and Part Report and follow workinstructions to plan the job layout with as few set-ups aspossible.

    Sets-up machine as required using prescribed detail andoperating procedures. Inputs labor details into MESSystem.
