Job description:

  • Greet and welcome customers to the jewellery store in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in their jewellery selection by providing product information, explaining features and benefits, and suggesting suitable options based on their preferences.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and personalized attention to each customer.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the store's jewellery collection, including materials, gemstones, designs, and current trends.
  • Assist customers with jewelry fittings and adjustments, ensuring a comfortable and proper fit.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise displays and showcases.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Keep track of inventory levels and assist in inventory management, including restocking and reordering of jewellery items.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new product releases, and competitors' offerings.
  • Provide customers with information regarding jewelry care, maintenance, and cleaning techniques.
  • Conduct followup activities to ensure customer satisfaction and foster longterm relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote sales events, new collections, and special offers.
  • Utilize CRM software and customer databases to maintain accurate customer records and track customer preferences.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the company's policies, warranties, and aftersales services.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create appealing displays and window showcases.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security measures and ethical business practices.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
