    Description

    KeyAccountabilities

    • Prepares progress and performanceanalysis reports, highlights the problematic areas and recommendsappropriate actions.
    • Ensure that work iscarried out in accordance with set policy and procedures and theregulatory standards are met.
    • To reach andmaintain ISO certification for Processsection
    • Review all engineering deliverablesprepared by EPC contractor in respect to process andcontrols.
    • Review of all systems and equipmentdesign, to insure easy & safeoperations.
    • Provide on-site process engineeringconsultation during construction, pre-commissioning &commissioning stage of projects
    • Act asTechnical Authority for process discipline engineering in theCompany. Provides mediation in the event of technical disputebetween conflicting parties.
    • Provides ProcessEngineering expertise for the development and authorization of KeyDocuments (Philosophies, Policies, Design Basis) for all projectworks covering Assets, Major Projects, Brownfield Projects and Newfield projects to ensure consistency andefficacy.
    • Support, develops and reviews theProcess engineering standards, codes of practice and technicalspecifications to ensure that they are in line with prevailinglegislation, current best practice and reflect lessons learnt frompast activities.
    • Identifies, investigates andrecommends appropriate new technical innovations, developments andenhancements to improve delivery of businessgoals.
    • Ensures Process Engineeringrepresentation and expertise is available for necessary support ofHSE driven studies and workshops.

    MinimumQualification

    • Bachelor Degree in ChemicalEngineering or equivalent Engineeringdiscipline
    • At least 8 years of experience inthe same or similar role working in an oil and gasindustry
