Job Description:
We are currently seeking a versatile and skilled HVAC Pipe Fitter cum Fabricator to join our team of professionals.

As an HVAC Pipe Fitter cum Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining HVAC piping systems, as well as fabricating custom components to meet specific project requirements.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the layout and installation requirements for HVAC piping systems.
Cut, thread, and weld pipes to the required measurements and specifications.
Fabricate custom HVAC components, such as brackets, supports, and ductwork, using various tools and equipment.
Install and secure pipes, fittings, and fixtures, such as compressors, pumps, valves, and air handling units.
Assemble and install refrigeration and air conditioning components, including copper tubing and refrigerant lines.
Perform pressure tests on installed pipes and identify and repair any leaks or defects.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as HVAC technicians and electricians, to ensure the seamless integration of HVAC systems and fabricated components.
Follow safety guidelines and adhere to building codes and regulations during all installation and fabrication activities.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC Pipe Fitter cum Fabricator, with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting HVAC system blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of HVAC piping materials, methods, and installation techniques.
Experience with pipe cutting, threading, and welding techniques.
Demonstrated expertise in metal fabrication and the ability to use various fabrication tools, including saws, shears, and press brakes.
Familiarity with refrigeration systems and components is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy pipes and equipment during installation and fabrication tasks.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail to ensure precise installations and fabrications.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Fluency in English & Hindi Language.
