    Qualifications

    Tobe considered for this role, you must possess thefollowing

    • A minimum of 2+years of experience in an Office Manager role, preferably withinthe automotive industry.
    • Proficiency inQuickBooks and other billingsoftware.
    • Extensive experience with billingprocesses, particularly insurancebilling.
    • Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail.
    • Strong leadership anddecision-making abilities.
    • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
    • Ability tohandle confidential information withdiscretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and theability to think on your feet.
    • A positiveattitude and the ability to work well underpressure.
