    • Bachelor's degree orequivalent in architecture, design, or related fieldpreferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experienceworking with AutoCAD in a professionalsetting.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Architecture(AW).
    • Strong skills in SketchUp for 3D modelingand visualization.
    • Proficient in AdobePhotoshop for image editing andpresentation.
    • Excellent understanding ofarchitectural and design principles.
    • Knowledgeof building codes and regulations.
    • Strongattention to detail and a keen eye for designaesthetics.
    • Effective communication andteamwork skills.
    • Ability to manage multipleprojects and meet deadlines.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with our design team tocreate and develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and 3D models forvarious projects.
    • Transform conceptual sketchesand ideas into accurate and aesthetically pleasing designplans.
    • Use AutoCAD Architecture (AW) to createarchitectural designs and plans.
    • Apply yourskills in SketchUp to create 3D visualizations of designconcepts.
    • Enhance and manipulate projectvisuals using Photoshop for presentations and clientcommunication.
    • Ensure that all designs anddrawings comply with industry standards andregulations.
    • Manage and organize design files,ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of projectdocuments.
    • Keep up to date with industrytrends, software updates, and bestpractices.
