Responsibilities

  • Understands day to day operations of a Real Estate Brokerage firm.
  • Ensure conversion of leads to clients by managing the endtoend process
  • Assessing performance of the team and assisting them with better conversion
  • Growing presence and revenue of the company utilising both, off plan and secondary sales

Key Requirements:


  • To be a real estate professional with a highly motivated and positive attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills in building high performing teams and have a great network with Real Estate Agents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels: customers, sales teams other internal associates and corporate clients.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Dubai's Real Estate market.
  • RERA certification and a valid driving license

Package:


  • Extremely competitive Commission structure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
