Responsibilities
- Understands day to day operations of a Real Estate Brokerage firm.
- Ensure conversion of leads to clients by managing the endtoend process
- Assessing performance of the team and assisting them with better conversion
- Growing presence and revenue of the company utilising both, off plan and secondary sales
Key Requirements:
- To be a real estate professional with a highly motivated and positive attitude.
- Strong leadership skills in building high performing teams and have a great network with Real Estate Agents
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels: customers, sales teams other internal associates and corporate clients.
- At least 8 years of experience in Dubai's Real Estate market.
- RERA certification and a valid driving license
Package:
- Extremely competitive Commission structure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
AED10, AED12,000.00 per month
