    Ourclient is looking for a passionate remote Tax Accountant to jointheir team They are looking for someone who can thrive ondeadlines, apply tax experience to a wide variety of transactions,and make significant contributions towards the team success,with 3 to7 years of experience inaccounting and tax

    Thisrole will involve tax compliance, as well as tax research,analysis, and documentation. You will utilize a variety of skillsto solve problems relating to income tax preparation and taxplanning, allowing you to be a continuous learner with a growthmindset in order to thrive in a demanding environment, wheredecisions need to be made quickly and accurately. You can translateyour technical skills and understanding of the context around youinto clear and pragmatic solutions for the team.

    About theRole:

    As this role allows you to apply your tax andaccounting skills with a variety of clients, it offers you theopportunity to provide outstanding service to the firm's clientsand within the firm in the followingareas:
    • Prepare and/or reviewpersonal, business, estate and trust taxreturns
    • Resolve technicalquestions
    • Make recommendationsfor refinement of engagementprocedures
    • Be alert to clientneeds through all phases of theengagement
    • Keep clients informedon financial and other business developments in their organizationsandindustries
    • Hone your skill insupervising and prioritizing simultaneous engagements anddelegatingduties
    • Communicateeffectively with clients on a one on-onebasis


    Requirements

    • Atleast 3+ years' work experience in a public accountingfirm
    • Solid grasp ofpersonal and business tax returns within a public accountingfirm
    • Member in goodstanding with appropriate professionalorganizations
    • Highly competent inMS Office and other service area-specificsoftware
    • Experience withQuickBooks
    • Experience withProSystem s taxsoftware
    • Strong verbal andwritten communicationskills
    • Ability to performwith minimalsupervision
    • Strong organizationalskills
    • Willingness to adaptto changing situations and needs in a positivemanner
    • Unwavering attentionto details, deadlines, andconfidentiality
    • Impeccableprofessionalism
    • Innate ability tobuild rapport with all levels within an organization and with awide variety ofclients
    • Willing and able totravel to client sites around SWFlorida
