One of our clients is aninternational technology company is seeking a talented andexperienced IBM BPM Admin to join their team. As an IBM BPMAdministrator you will play a crucial role in the seamlessoperation and enhancement of the BPM/BAW environments. Yourresponsibilities will include asfollows:

• Conduct upgradeactivities for BPM/BAW/CP4BA ensuring smoothtransitions.
  
• Execute environmentcleanup activities and focus on performancetuning.
  
• Possess experience in CloudPack of Automation installation andconfiguration.
  
• Serve as an expert inIBM BPM/BAW and CP4BAAdministration.
  
• Troubleshoot issuesrelated to BPM to BAW migration ensuring seamlessfunctionality.
  
• Follow best codingsecurity unit testing and documentation standards andpractices.
  
• Ensure the quality oftechnical and application architecture and design systems acrosstheorganization.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree Postgraduate in Computer Science or related field (orequivalent industryexperience)
  
• Minimum 5 years ofexperience in IBM BPM/BAWAdministration.
  
• Expertise introubleshooting BPM/BAW/CP4BA and ODMissues.
  
• Experience in upgradeactivities environment cleanup and performancetuning.
  
• Proficiency in Cloud Pack ofAutomation installation andconfiguration.
  
• Expertise inWebSphere Application Server and BPM to BAW issuetroubleshooting.
  
• Knowledge of AIXand Linux OS commands Oracle and Postgresdatabases.
  
• Previous experience inBanking Financial or Fintech sectorspreferred.
  
• Familiarity with bestcoding security unit testing and documentationstandards.
  
• Experience with Agilemethodology.
  
• Strong commitment toquality assurance and continuousimprovement.
  
• Have excellent softskills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideasto Senior and Executivemanagement
