Key Responsibilities:


  • Must have experience in the Automotive service and knowledge of the process
  • Greet customers and conduct consultations to determine their service needs.
  • Provide clear explanations to customers about the diagnostic results, required repairs, and recommended services.
  • Produce comprehensive and accurate service estimates.
  • Prioritize required services and offer options when appropriate.
  • Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient workflow within the service department.
  • Update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs, including notifying them of any changes in estimates or expected completion times.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work closely with technicians to stay updated on job progress and ensure timely completion.
  • Address customer concerns or complaints professionally, aiming for swift resolution.
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in automotive services is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in automotive repair software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering topnotch customer service.
  • Familiarity with the latest automotive trends and best practices.
