    We are world leadingmanufacturer of motorcycles, marine products such as boats andoutboard motors, and other motorized products. We are seeking anERP Manager to join our growing team.

    PositionPurpose

    The ERP Manager Supports, influencesand communicates the mission, goals, and objectives, and practicesof the IT Division, ERP Manager Monitor and maintain the efficiencyof our software applications, lead the application support teamhelping the business team and customer service team to clarify andresolve issues, takes responsibility for the application issues,resolve conflicts and issues that occur, summary issue ticket andmonitoring application, provide daily supervision and direction topersonnel.

    Summary of Duties

    • Define ideal and practical businesssystem solutions while driving standardization within the SupplyChain and Manufacturing domains.
    • Translatebusiness requirements accurately into high-quality Systemrequirement specifications, Process workflow diagrams, and design,configure and test the changes made.
    • Activelyengage in the business transformation efforts by understanding thebusiness vision and translating that to a supportable and efficientsystems roadmap/implementation plan.
    • Be the ITSME and go-to person for the Supply chain and ManufacturingOperations in providing support related to SAP modules and LegacyERP systems.
    • Provide support withstandardizing, cleansing, mapping, translating, and migrating thedata over to SAP from legacy ERP
    • Providesupport in enhancing/building/sustaining integrations and workflowprocesses, middleware Solution.
    • Troubleshootany issues or problems and offer system/processsolutions.
    • Assist with user acceptance testingfor implementation and enhancements.
    • Projectmanage small/medium initiatives which include but is not limited toplanning, scoping, developing estimates, managing, and deliveringthe project within the agreed-upon timeline andbudget.
    • Perform periodic documentationupdates/conduct refresher trainings to the super users on recentchanges made.
    • Roll-out the changes/projectsinto Production system following the IT Change Control processesand framework.
    • Use Agile methodology to gather,prioritize, and deliver on agreed-upon requirements andtimelines.
    • Establish and maintain customerservice delivery guidelines and internal service levelagreements.
    • Aligns closely with Regional andGlobal company strategy.
    • Create and maintain adisaster recovery plan for ITsystems
    • Coordinate department activities inaccordance with policies, principles, andprocedures.
    • Implement and adhere to allISO-9000 and ISO 14001 procedures
    • Confers withDivision management to evaluate and promote improved and expandedservices in area.

    JobDetails

    Education /Experience

    • 10years' IT experience including Management with broadresponsibility for IT Application Support and developmentcycle.
    • 5+ years of experience leading IT inManufacturing environments.
    • Working knowledgeof manufacturing technologies and strategies, end-to-end supplychain planning and technologies like WMS, MES, PIM, PLM, andQMS.
    • Experience with full ERP implementationsand database architecture.
    • Experience withBusiness Intelligence and Analyticsarchitecture.
    • Working knowledge of SOXcompliance requirements.
