    Description

    This is a remoteposition.

    Weare looking to hire an experienced HR associate to manage andmaintain our human resources records. In this role, you will beresponsible for obtaining and recording HR information, managingthe HR database, and assisting company employees with enrollmentprocedures and HR-relatedissues.

    Toensure success as an HR associate, you should have excellentcommunication skills, good interpersonal skills, and a goodunderstanding of employment law. Ultimately, a top-notch HRassociate is well organized, efficient, andapproachable.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicating withpotential jobcandidates.
    • Contacting candidatereferences and verifying educationlistings.
    • Managing HR recordsincluding, résumés, applicant logs, andemployeeforms.
    • Issuing employmentcontracts and verifyingcompletion.
    • Issuing new employeeswith enrollmentdocuments.
    • Conducting employeeorientations.
    • Explaining employeebenefits.
    • Responding toHR-related queries within thecompany.
    • Maintaining employeeconfidentiality.
    • Assisting with thedistribution of trainingmaterial.


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or relatedfield.
    • Previousexperience working in human resources at-least 2 yearsminimum.
    • Knowledgeof database software, email systems, and officesoftware.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
    • Friendlyand professionaldemeanor.
    • Goodorganizationalskills.
    • Advancedknowledge of employmentlaw.
    • Empathyand an approachabledemeanor.
    • Attentivenessandhonesty.
    • Experience in using Zoho Recruitor any other RecruitingTool
