    • Patient Assessment:

    • Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary.
    • Medication Administration:
    • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following prescribed dosages and routes.
    • Monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects, taking appropriate action as needed.
    • Educate patients about their medications, including proper administration techniques and potential side effects.
    • Patient Education:
    • Provide patients and their families with information about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
    • Teach patients how to manage their conditions at home, including medication management, dietary changes, and lifestyle modifications.
    • Address patients' questions and concerns, offering support and guidance as needed.
    • Collaboration and Communication:
