Description

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler in consultancy firms, preferably in the Gulf region, with a focus on architectural projects.
Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit, with a strong emphasis on architectural modeling, documentation, and coordination.
Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and standards relevant to the UAE and Gulf region.
Experience in managing and coordinating BIM projects, including model setup, worksharing, clash detection, and coordination reviews.
Develop detailed architectural BIM models and documentation using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) for various building projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixeduse developments.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements, objectives, and design intent, and translate them into BIM models and deliverables.
Incorporate architectural design changes, revisions, and updates into BIM models in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate and integrate architectural components with other disciplines (e.g., structural, mechanical, electrical) within the BIM environment to resolve clashes and optimize design coordination.
Generate architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details from BIM models to support design development, construction documentation, and coordination efforts.
Perform clash detection analysis and coordination reviews using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts between different building systems and disciplines.
Manage and maintain BIM model standards, templates, and libraries to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency across projects and project teams.
Provide technical support and training to project team members on BIM software and workflows, fostering BIM adoption and proficiency within the organization.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to exchange BIM data and facilitate project collaboration and coordination.
