- Lead the Middle East People Experience team in providing consulting services and identifying how JLL's solutions can address client challenges effectively.
- Serve as a thought leader to help define and execute the People Experience strategy in MENA.
- Provide effective leadership to a high-performing consulting organization.
- Collaborate with C-Suite and CRE executives to understand their strategic needs and position JLL as their preferred partner.
- Drive business development activities and manage client relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the consulting business.
- Partner with Sales leaders to expand and develop long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions.
- Manage project teams and guide them to deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Define consulting offerings and value proposition in collaboration with other leaders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to remain credible and relevant.
- Identify new opportunities for JLL products and services.
- Assume the responsibilities of the incumbent employee during their maternity leave, ensuring uninterrupted operations and maintaining efficient workflow.
- 10+ years of global experience in strategic or management consulting.
- Ability and willingness for frequent travel within the GCC and Middle East.
- Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis and valuation.
- Experience in real estate, professional services, or business services.
- Proven track record of profitable consulting operations management.
- Ability to build relationships and attract talent globally.
- Experience in optimizing costs and leveraging talent.

Job Summary:As a Maternity Cover for the People Experience MENA Lead (5-6 months) you will play a vital role in maintaining day-to-day operations and ensuring a smooth workflow in the absence of the incumbent employee. You will be responsible for carrying out the essential duties and responsibilities of the role, effectively managing relevant projects and initiatives, and maintaining exceptional standards of service delivery.
The People Experience Middle East Lead is responsible for providing strategic advice and building relationships with C-Suite executives and Corporate Real Estate Executives in the Middle East. They will lead the People Experience Practice in the region, focusing on delivering financial and operational objectives through strategic solutions. They will also manage a team of consultants and work towards positioning the People Experience consulting business as a market leader in the Middle East.
