Responsibilities:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and expertise in sports and fitness
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
- Assisting customers in finding the right sports and fitness products.
- Providing expert advice on sports equipment, apparel, and accessories.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales.
- A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
- Athletic background or experience as an athlete is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic retail environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated growth mindset or a passion for continuous learning.
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Sales associate: 3 years (required)
- Fashion, apparel, footwear: 3 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
