    Description

    Responsible for marine and air transportation vessel management documentation contracts preparation and revision tender documents preparation and revision departmental budget preparation etc.



    Requirements

    The candidate shall have good administrative background.

    • Able to prepare review official business contracts tenders with Marine companies Civil Aviation insurance companies for companies assets insurance related documentation contracts tenders etc. Good in accounting for departmental budget preparation etc.
    • Assist the Group Head in developing operational plans for the Transport section based on ADOCs offshore requirement and seek necessary approvals and coordinate with team members.
    • Communicate the approved departmental procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a systematic and controlled manner.
    • Review analyse and implement the inputs and suggestions provided by Group head for the continuous improvement of ADOCs training & development practices systems and processes.


    Knowledge of rotating equipment such as turbines, compressors and auxiliaries including associated international codes such as API and ISO Comprehensive understanding of HE and other regulatory compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language. Knowledge of Arabic is preferable. Professional Certifications Certified Training in RCM Modules preferred. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Certified Reliability Engineer according to ASQ Vibration Certification - At least Category II (Category III preferred) according to ISO Lube Analysis Certification - At least Level II Machine Lubricant Analyst (MLA) (Category III preferred).
