    Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

    Coordinate and prioritize incoming communication, including emails, calls, and letters, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.

    Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as needed.

    Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive documents with discretion and professionalism.

    Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams, fostering positive relationships and clear communication channels.

    Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics.

    Conduct research and compile data as required to support decision-making processes.

    Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and expense management.

    Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the office.
