    About the Job:
    The IT Officer is responsible for providing technical support troubleshooting and maintenance of the organizations IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of all IT equipment networks and software applications within the organization. The IT Officer will also assist in the implementation of new technologies and provide training and support to staff as needed. As an IT Officer the candidate must have exposure to Audits in Healthcare such as (ADHICS AMCC ADHICS AAMEN etc.) and moreover handling policies procedure and compliance.

    Job Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support to endusers for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
    • Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripherals.
    • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and WiFi access points.
    • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.
    • Manage user accounts permissions and access rights in accordance with IT policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the implementation and integration of new IT systems and technologies.
    • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
    • Provide training and technical guidance to staff on ITrelated matters.
    • Keep up to date with the latest developments in IT and recommend upgrades or enhancements to existing systems.

    JobRequirements :

    • Proven work experience as IT officer in UAE for minimum 35 years.
    • Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
    • Proven experience in IT support troubleshooting and maintenance.
    • Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking technologies.
    • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office suite as well as other relevant software applications.
    • Strong knowledge of ADHICS & Audit policies and procedure.
    • Familiarity with AMCC AAMEN protocol and submission.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Joining Immediately is preferred.

    Ability to Commute:

    • Abu Dhabi (Required)

    • Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
