As a Property Consultant, your primary responsibility is to provide expert guidance and support to clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and providing strategic advice on property investments.

Your extensive knowledge of the real estate market and strong negotiation skills will enable you to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements and preferences.
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance to clients on property investments, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct property viewings and inspections, addressing client queries and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales, lease agreements, or rental contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to legal requirements.

Market Research and Analysis:


  • Stay uptodate with market trends, property values, and industry developments.
Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and assess property feasibility.

  • Analyze market data, including comparable property prices, rental rates, and sales trends, to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Prepare market reports and presentations to share insights with clients and internal teams

Sales and Business Development:


  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue generation for the company.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and prospecting.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective strategies to promote properties and attract potential clients.
  • Analyze market data, including comparable property prices, rental rates, and sales trends, to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Prepare market reports and presentations to share insights with clients and internal teams

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all property-related documents, contracts, and agreements are accurately prepared and executed.
  • Review legal documents and liaise with legal professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper recordkeeping of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.

Team Leadership and Mentoring:


  • Provide guidance and support to junior consultants, sharing industry knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members, internal departments, and external stakeholders to achieve collective goals.
  • Stay updated with real estate regulations, industry standards, and emerging market trends, and share knowledge with the team.

Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
