    JobDescription

    • Analyze financial performance andmarket dynamics
    • Conduct financial modelling andvaluation analysis
    • Assist in deal execution anddocumentation
    • Prepare due diligencereports
    • Prepare internal approval materials andsupport senior team members with presenting

    The SuccessfulApplicant

    • 3-7 years of post-graduate experiencein: Generalist or sector-specialist M&A roles Leveragedfinance teams within top-tier global investment banks Majoradvisory boutiques (candidates looking to transition to thebuy-side) Venture Capital / Private Equityexperience
    • Preference for candidates withdemonstrated expertise in technology and relatedsectors.
    • Undergraduate degree with top-quartileperformance.
    • Preference for candidates holdingCFA Charters or CAs.
    • Strong work ethic andintegrity
    • Team collaboration andtrust-building
    • Fluent in English, German is aplus
