    About Our Client

    Our client is a private investment firm located in the heart of Zug. They specialize in investing in tech-enabled and digital businesses, with a strategy that emphasizes both organic expansion and growth through acquisitions. Due to growing demand, they are currently seeking an exceptional new analyst to join their team.

    Job Description

    • Analyze financial performance and market dynamics
    • Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis
    • Assist in deal execution and documentation
    • Prepare due diligence reports
    • Prepare internal approval materials and support senior team members with presenting

    The Successful Applicant

    • 3-7 years of post-graduate experience in: Generalist or sector-specialist M&A roles Leveraged finance teams within top-tier global investment banks Major advisory boutiques (candidates looking to transition to the buy-side) Venture Capital / Private Equity experience
    • Preference for candidates with demonstrated expertise in technology and related sectors.
    • Undergraduate degree with top-quartile performance.
    • Preference for candidates holding CFA Charters or CAs.
    • Strong work ethic and integrity
    • Team collaboration and trust-building
    • Fluent in English, German is a plus
