Job Title:
Social Media and Account Manager


Job Brief:


We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Social Media and Account Manager with a flair for creating captivating content using a variety of tools, including smartphones.

This role involves managing both FOVTY Media's in-house social media presence and the social accounts of our clients, ensuring all communications are engaging and on-brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Craft and implement a cohesive social media strategy for both FOVTY Media and client accounts.
  • Produce innovative and attentiongrabbing content for a range of platforms using smartphones and other devices.
  • Schedule and oversee daily posts across all social channels for multiple accounts.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media practices and technologies.
  • Analyze performance metrics, adapt strategies as needed, and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Interact with our online community and handle customer service inquiries on social platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media campaigns with ongoing promotions and branding efforts.
  • Coordinate content calendars for FOVTY Media and clients to ensure timely and relevant publication.
  • Manage content creation and distribution for special events, product launches, and other key marketing dates.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating content using smartphones.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Knowing Arabic is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms and tools for managing and analyzing social activity.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts in a coordinated and strategic manner.
  • Solid timemanagement skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks.
  • Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
