    Description

    About Our Client:

    As Sales Executive you will analyse localmarket trends and competitor activity to generate new futurebusiness for the hotel. Specifically you will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

    • Analysis local market trends and competitoractivity to identify new business leads
    • Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drivebusiness into the specific hotel/cluster and to increasemarket/customer share in all revenue streams
    • Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
    • Develop and implement creative local marketing channelsincluding social media channels
    • Preparecompany contracts for the hotel in accordance with current businessand pricing conditions
    • Work within currentbusiness strategies and recognizing potential opportunities
    • Cooperate with other departments in thehotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strongcomprehensive sales programs
    • Attend Salesevents as required
    • Produce accurate andtimely reports that meet the needs of the Commercial Manager andsenior management to include the reporting of appointments callsmade and business leads
    • Answer customerqueries in a prompt and professional manner

    • Knowledge of local market
    • Knowledge of hospitality
    • Passion for sales and for achieving targets andobjectives
