• Support the development andimplementation of GIH's strategic growth plans globally,by delivering high-quality market analysis, opportunityassessments, execution planning and stakeholderengagement;
• Deliver detailed analysis frombroad data sets to help determine where to compete / targetedgeographies and customer segments, identifying Cigna'sright to win and providing clear recommendations for the GIHbusiness globally;
• Lead the development ofregional strategies, working closely with regional sales colleaguesand global Subject Matter Experts;
• Developcompelling presentation materials and pre-read artefacts, that willbe used to engage with senior leaders across theorganization;
• Facilitate stakeholder engagementto achieve the establishment and socialization of a shared visionand aspiration across GIH that will enable the execution of thestrategic plan;
• Conduct desktop research toidentify changes in the environment, macro-trends,stakeholders' needs and competitor strategies to help GIHevaluate, adjust, or redirect the business plan to address risk andcapitalise on opportunity;
• Engage with thedifferent functional areas of the GIH business such as Sales,Operations etc., to ensure the GIH strategic priorities areunderstood and to inspire our people in understanding the role theyplay in enabling delivery of the GIH strategy, thereby helping toincrease employee engagement;
  

RoleRequirements

• Bachelor's Degree, minimum2-1, all degrees considered;
• Preferably c.2-years related experience in a commercialenvironment;
• Strategic thinker, able tounderstand the 'big picture' and translate itinto tangible deliverables;
• Strong businessacumen, with the ability to derive recommendations from an in depthunderstanding of data and businesslevers;
• Self-driven, with strong prioritizationand organization skills to manage deliverables in a dynamiccommercial environment;
• Excellentcommunications skills, with the ability to clearly and conciselyconvey complex ideas and plans;
