    Description
    AsA&R Manager you will report to the Managing Director MENAOperations. A successful candidate combines artistic sensitivitywith business acumen strong negotiation abilities and scoutinglocal and internationaltalents.

    MainResponsibilities to include but are not limitedto:
    • Facilitatethe local Music market and create an environment for Artiststhrough collaborative writing sessions planning internationalwriting trips for artists and writing camps (Songwriting andProducing)
    • StrongPR network and managing relations in the Market. Publishing liveevents to promoteartists
    • Attendperformances and events to establish relations with the agents andartists and remain updated on the local musicscene
    • Developstrong relationships with industryprofessionals
    • Collaboratewith other music professionals International and Local labels andpitch songs to both local and international artists and labels tocreate an opportunity to get to know theartists
    • Brandingand presenting the signed artists in the market and promoting themusic to malls and various otherbrands
    • Identifyopportunities for artists and writers with the Sync team located inthe UK (TV Radio Ads Moviesetc.)
    • Stayup to date on competitor activities and understand which artist isbooming in themarket
    • Efficientlymanage audio files and marketingassets
    • Runningcampaigns in the local markets and coordinating announcements ofthe artist that has been recently signed with the business throughArticles Website or Marketing to promote theArtist
    • Shouldbe able to scout talents analyze music trends to understand therising talents in the region. Have an overall idea to sign the besttalents in the market andprepareto sign them as soon as possible for the MENARegion
    • Createa network within the MENA artistcommunity

    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in music business or a relatedfield
    • Provenexperience in working with artists agents andproducers
    • Excellentcommunication skills in English and Arabic additional language suchas French isadvantageous
    • Abilityto identify and develop uniquetalent
    • Familiaritywith the industry contracts and legalaspects
