    What does a GroupFP&A Data & Systems Manager at Collinson do?

    Reporting to the Group Head ofFP&A, the FP&A Data & Systems Manager, therole is responsible for the setup, administration, and effectiveoperation of all the financial systems utilised by the FP&AWorking in collaboration with the finance, IT and systemsdevelopment teams, the focus will be primarily to deliver highcalibre system reports, support analysis of data, help maintainlive systems and ensure business needs are You will work inconjunction with the BI Developer to developing and maintaindata-driven reports and

    Yourduties will include and are not limited to the following activitiesand tasks:

    • Develop and maintain data-driven reports and dashboardsusing the relevant platform
    • Extract,transform, and load data from various sources using SQL and ETLtools
    • Analyse data to identify trends,patterns, and opportunities for improvement
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand theirbusiness requirement and reporting needs and design solutions thatmeet these
    • Create and present reports anddashboards to stakeholders to communicate insights and informdecision-making
    • Systems administration supporton the Group consolidation system including report writing,COA/Finance Dimension optimisation and major changes (with externalsupport) where needed through organisational
    • Design, implementation and maintenance of a newgroup-wide financial planning
    • Maintain anunderstanding of data capture processes, data sources andmanagement information requirements to continuously develop andimprove quality of output
    • Work with reportingSMEs in order to understand planning and reporting structures forstatutory as well as management accounts
    • Maintain an understanding of data organisation and systemarchitect structures across the business in order to developplanning capability including non-financial metrics

    How will you make a difference asa Group FP&A Data & Systems Manager atCollinson?

    • You will enjoy working with finance systems, have aboveaverage Excel skills and ideally be familiar with MSD365, Infor BI,SAP, or similar global reporting and planning systems
    • You will bring a commercial approach and question andchallenge the status quo to ensure all avenues areconsidered
    • Previous experience of designingimplementing and maintaining a planning system (MS Dynamics orTagetik experience is an advantage)
    • Highlymotivated, self-starter with a positive attitude and a passiondelivering improvements resulting in clear businessvalue
    • Ability to combine strong analyticalskills with business knowledge
    • Ability todrive tactical reporting whilst working with the wider BI team toevolve long-term strategy
    • Solid understandingof BI technology stack with Tableau, Alteryx and Microsoft SQLServer
    • Numerate, analytical and a strong dataanalysis skillset and the ability to produce complexreports
    • Knowledge of Data Cleansing, DataManagement and Data Processing best practices
    • Solid SQL experience
    • Solidexperience with experience with Tableau Server andDesktop
    • Technical writing and documentationskills
