Description

Junior Estimation Engineer (MEP) with Minimum 2 Years' Experience in UAE in the MEP Building Construction Industry
1) Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration.

2) Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.

3) Preparing Project Risk Analysis report.

4) Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price

5) Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.

6) Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant clarification.

7) Quantity take-off

8) Prepare technical and commercial bid, follow up until finalization.


Salary:
AED2,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
