The Corporate Communications Manager (M/F/d) will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and messaging matrix.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement corporate communication strategies including internal and external communication plans and media relations strategies
Create and publish engaging content related to thought leadership, and business operations for distribution into key international markets
Develop and manage public relations programs, including media outreach, press releases, and events
Manage media relations, including working with agencies, reporters, and journalists to pitch stories, and responding to media inquiries in conjunction with our appointed media agency
In charge of managing stakeholder relations including working with Business Groups, Associations, Partners, Government officials, and other key stakeholders
Implement a comprehensive corporate communications strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
Manage crisis communications and develop contingency plans
Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of communications programs
Develop and manage internal communications programs to ensure consistent messaging across the organization
Manage internal communication efforts, including employee communications, executive communications, and companywide communications
Reporting to Director of Marketing

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of ten years experience in corporate communications in the GCC region
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Handson approach with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
Strong attention to detail
Creativity and ability to develop original content that provokes engagement
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and ability to ensure compliance
Ability to manage multiple projects and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Dynamic and resultsdriven professional with a passion for corporate communications and a proven track record of success
