Training and Development Manager - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Sky View Real Estate Brokers

The position holder will always be required to maintain Information Governance, confidentiality, and discretion.Role Specific Duties:
- Undertake regular organisationwide training needs analysis for our staff and volunteers and build a training plan based on needs.
- Maintain a database of potential learners and attendees for the courses.
- Report back to senior management on course feedback and key learnings.
- Designing, organising and promoting a range of highquality courses for staff and volunteers across the organisation i.e. Induction/core training, Safeguarding, Dementia, Mental Health, Health & Safety.
- Creating, maintaining and updating a training matrix/log.
- Full business responsibility for the development of the training arm of EBLS
- Collect relevant data relating to course feedback and key learning.
- Attend key meetings as required.
- Review and identify current training needs, plan and implement a training programme for the organisation and other external learners.
- Identifying current and future training needs for the organisation.
- Planning and delivering highquality inductions for new starters.
- Focus on delivering positive customer outcomes and managing risk associated with training.
- Oversee compliant and robust processes through actively managing internal processes and procedures.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
