The position holder will always be required to maintain Information Governance, confidentiality, and discretion.


Role Specific Duties:


  • Undertake regular organisationwide training needs analysis for our staff and volunteers and build a training plan based on needs.
  • Maintain a database of potential learners and attendees for the courses.
  • Report back to senior management on course feedback and key learnings.
  • Designing, organising and promoting a range of highquality courses for staff and volunteers across the organisation i.e. Induction/core training, Safeguarding, Dementia, Mental Health, Health & Safety.
  • Creating, maintaining and updating a training matrix/log.
  • Full business responsibility for the development of the training arm of EBLS
  • Collect relevant data relating to course feedback and key learning.
  • Attend key meetings as required.
  • Review and identify current training needs, plan and implement a training programme for the organisation and other external learners.
  • Identifying current and future training needs for the organisation.
  • Planning and delivering highquality inductions for new starters.
  • Focus on delivering positive customer outcomes and managing risk associated with training.
  • Oversee compliant and robust processes through actively managing internal processes and procedures.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
