The position holder will always be required to maintain Information Governance, confidentiality, and discretion.

Role Specific Duties:

Undertake regular organisationwide training needs analysis for our staff and volunteers and build a training plan based on needs.
Maintain a database of potential learners and attendees for the courses.
Report back to senior management on course feedback and key learnings.
Designing, organising and promoting a range of highquality courses for staff and volunteers across the organisation i.e. Induction/core training, Safeguarding, Dementia, Mental Health, Health & Safety.
Creating, maintaining and updating a training matrix/log.
Full business responsibility for the development of the training arm of EBLS
Collect relevant data relating to course feedback and key learning.
Attend key meetings as required.
Review and identify current training needs, plan and implement a training programme for the organisation and other external learners.
Identifying current and future training needs for the organisation.
Planning and delivering highquality inductions for new starters.
Focus on delivering positive customer outcomes and managing risk associated with training.
Oversee compliant and robust processes through actively managing internal processes and procedures.
