    Description
    • Responsible for the implementationof construction work processes, project procedures and instructionswithin assigned operations.
    • Ensuresubcontractors are working with latest issued documents anddrawings. Review IFC documents and resolve discrepancies, raisetechnical queries for clarifications on IFC deliverables incoordination with field engineeringteam.
    • Coordinate with Client representative tosolve any potential or actual problem across its disciplines asencountered at the project site and liaise with engineeringdisciplines / project execution team to find alternative andcorrective actions.
    • Participate in scopingsessions with subcontractors (awareness of workfaceplanning)
    • Provide support to Planning. Analysisand forecast of the ongoing activities.
    • Planfor the three weeks look ahead schedule to identify jobs that needto be completed and the resources which would be required fordeployment for timely completion of thejob.
    • Reviews subcontractor deliverables likeFabrication / construction execution plan, procedures / methodstatements and other related activities and make sure they arecomplying to project requirements.
    • Monitorconstruction productivity & responsible for implementingPPC (Project Production Control i.e. monitor daily constructiondetails and daily progress) in hisarea.
    • Monitor the activities of subcontractorsto ensure compliance with specifications and procedures and withthe project objectives for safety, quality, productivity, scheduleand cost. Provide solutions to subcontractor's problemsin order to achieve the successful execution of theproject.
    • Participate in daily progress meetingswith subcontractor fabrication works, review the daily progress andidentify deviations from planned works and inform immediatesupervisor.
    • Orders materials and scheduleinspections as necessary throughout theprocess.
    • Participate in Go/NoGo meetings andensure checklist is completed and approved prior to start ofcritical activities.
    • Ensure adequate storageand preservation of equipment & bulks before and afterinstallation. Ensure that the material handed over to theSubcontractor is controlled, preserved, and issued for the intendedpurpose.
    • Promotes job site safety, encouragesafe work practices, and rectify job site hazards immediately.Regularly participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and dailyjobsite walks and keep a meticulous record ofthese.
    • Prepare reports & forecastsrelating to construction progress, job manpower forecastsetc.
    • Support in QinC initiative by ensuringSubcontractor's are Building Right First Time inline withlatest IFC, approved ITP's and inline with codes andstandards. Shall be able to generate or modify ITRs / Check sheetsfor construction. Ensure Subcontractor's are maintainingthe ITR records in a systematic way
    • Supervisescompletion of a final punch list. Ensure that all punch items aretimely closed.
    • Provide inputs of lessons,constructability issues, best practices in construction ObservationForm.
    • Support subcontracts in accurate quantityreporting.
    • Aware of subcontract agreement andchallenge every Site Instructions.
    • Shall aidsubcontract teams with review of invoice approvals and billing fromsubcontractors in accordance with BOMutilization.
    • Serves as a coach and mentor forsite supervisors.
    • Ensure competency check ofconstruction supervisor and subcontractors, ensure personnel arequalified and competent to perform allocated tasks, have validcertification, where required.
