    Description
    • Public Relations Strategy: Developand execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy thataligns with the company's business objectives. Ensure thatmessaging is consistent, compelling, and tailored to differentaudiences.
    • Media Relations: Build and maintainstrong relationships with media outlets, journalists, andinfluencers in the automotive industry. Manage media inquiries,interviews, and press releases.
    • CrisisManagement: Develop and implement crisis communication plans toeffectively address potential issues that may impact thecompany's reputation. Act as the primary spokespersonduring crises.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, includingcustomers, dealerships, industry partners, investors, andemployees. Ensure clear and consistent communication to build trustand brand loyalty.
    • Brand Messaging: Oversee thedevelopment of messaging and content that reinforces thecompany's brand identity and values. Ensure that messagingis aligned across all communicationchannels.
    • Internal Communications: Develop andimplement internal communication strategies to keep employeesinformed and engaged. Foster a positive company culture througheffective communication.
    • Social Media andDigital Presence: Lead digital communication efforts, includingsocial media strategies, online reputation management, and contentcreation. Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize digitalperformance.
    • Event Management: Plan and executePR events, product launches, and industry conferences. Coordinatemedia attendance and coverage for theseevents.
    • Budget Management: Manage the PR andcommunications budget, including allocation, forecasting, andexpense control, to achieve communication goals and ROItargets.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that allcommunications comply with industry regulations and companypolicies
    • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor adiverse communications team, including public relationsprofessionals, content creators, and internal communicationspecialists. Foster a culture of excellence andcollaboration.

    Profile/Requirements

    • Bachelor'sdegree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, or a relatedfield (Master's degreepreferred).
    • Proven track record of success in asenior PR or communications leadership role within the automobileindustry.
    • Deep knowledge of the automotivemarket, industry trends, and medialandscape.
    • Exceptional leadership andteam-building skills with the ability to guide and mentorcommunication professionals.
    • Strong crisismanagement and issues resolutionskills.
    • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills.
