Description

Quality Inspector

Minimum:
ITI welders


Minimum: 6 months of industry exposure

(Metal/Steel/Iron/Aluminium/Fabrication)


Role Purpose
Performing the day to day in-process, final and source inspections as per customer requirements and organizational standards


Quality Assurance & Control

  • Review parameters for inspection as per checklist and product specifications
  • Perform inspection and tests on products as per client specifications and instructions from reporting management
  • Perform inspection on raw material as per standards
  • Maintain healthy collaboration with production team for mínimal impact and conflicts
  • Contribute to regulatory authority, customers or third party audits to ensure adherence to requirements

Equipment Calibration

  • Perform calibration and operational testing of quality control related equipment for given tasks, in order to ensure accuracy and adherence to organizational and client standards

Reporting

  • Ensure proper completion of records and reports as per quality control standards of the organization and given division

Basic:
