Leadership and Management:

Manage and supervise department heads, ensuring effective coordination and communication among teams.


Financial Management:
Develop and manage the club's budget, ensuring financial stability and profitability.
Monitor financial performance, analyze financial reports, and make strategic decisions to optimize revenue and control costs.


Operations Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments, including facilities, programs, and services.
Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Member and Guest Relations:
Focus on delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests, addressing their needs, feedback, and concerns promptly.
Implement strategies to attract and retain members, enhancing their overall experience at the club.


Human Resources Management:
Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development.


Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase club membership, promote events, and enhance the club's brand presence.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging promotional campaigns and initiatives.


Facility Maintenance and Upkeep:
Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of club facilities, equipment, and amenities to meet high standards of safety and hygiene.
Oversee renovations, upgrades, or repairs as needed to enhance the club's infrastructure.


Community Engagement and Partnerships:
Establish and maintain relationships with the local community, organizations, and potential partners to expand the club's network and visibility.
Organize community events or partnerships to engage members and promote the club's image.


Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards, licenses, and permits.
Implement risk management protocols and emergency procedures to maintain a safe environment for members and staff.


Strategic Planning and Development:
Develop long-term strategies and goals for the club's growth and development.
Identify opportunities for expansion, new programs, or services to meet evolving market demands.


Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, analyzing club performance, financial metrics, and member feedback.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.


Salary:
Up to AED8,000.00 per month
