Retail Sales Manager (FMCG)_

  • Creating an enthusiastic and successful sales environment by increasing sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios through the retail stores.
  • Develop a new customer base and generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive the growth of all product lines.
  • Grow the popularity of the company's products in UAE by developing and integrating sales and marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Perform market research process to determine market requirements.
  • Present strong branding to drive growth in existing and new markets.
  • Profit and loss responsibility within each trade channels.
  • Nurturing high level relationship with the customers and stakeholders.
  • Managing the large corporate accounts at a national level and sales team and its budgets.
  • Analysis of sales forecast and achieve sales targets.
  • Create account generation plans for different regions and territories that align with the company objectives.
  • Position each brand opportunity in the market.
  • Work with regional sales team.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and various other MIS reports related to sales to the management.

Requirements and Skills_

  • Must have a degree in Sales Management, Business Management or a related field with at least 10 years in FMCG industry.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
  • Thorough knowledge about UAE market.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
  • A good team player with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to influence the customer with high level sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong organizational and planning skills.

Salary:
AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
