Accountant & Administrative Officer - Dubai

Job summary
Maintain accurate financial records, track purchases sales payments and receipts meticulously record transactions using accounting software for up-to-date accuracy weekly bank reconciliation of accounts deposits and credit card statements perform bookkeeping tasks: accounts payable/receivable bank statement reconciliation and verifying deposits assist in budget preparation monitoring expenses and managing petty cash prepare monthly financial reports: income statements balance sheets and special reports summarizing trends assist with payroll: calculate hours deductions prepare payslips and facilitate electronic payments help prepare file VAT returns Corporate Tax ensure compliance with UAE tax laws conduct basic year-end financial analysis identify trends variances cost-saving opportunities forecast manage cash flow while adhering to UAE accounting standards reconcile discrepancies maintain confidentiality of financial data
