    Description
    Job Responsibility
    Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
    Ensuring that company employment policies and regulations are followed.

    Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary actions; performance management; occupational health and safety; and training and development.

    Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory.
    Maintain and update company database.
    Monitoring payroll.
    License / Permit, employment visa renewal.
    Camp Management.
    Security Control.
    Performs other duties as assigned
    Skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
    Solid knowledge of office procedures
    Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
    Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
