    RoleSummary

    • Alongside your cross-functional team(engineering, product, data), participate in continuous discoveryof your customer/business needs/desires/problems to drive desiredoutcomes
    • Design, write and release software asa solution to an end-to-end problem in your business domain anddeliver value in small batches in accordance with our engineeringstandards
    • Understand scalability &complexity of your services and own & innovate the entireSDLC
    • Mentor and inspire other engineers andcontinually optimize your team's practices to develop itinto a self-organized, continuously improvingunit
    • Critically question and simplify our techorg systems/processes and solutions

    Note:

    Ontop of very good technical skills, this role requires someonewilling to assume end-to-end ownership of a specificarea/initiative and thrives on emphasizing with their userpains/desires/needs. You are keen to explore alternative ways ofworking that optimize for co-creation and continuousimprovement.

    TheFollowing Experience Is Relevant To Us

    • Empathetic and able to easily buildrelationships
    • Good verbal and writtencommunication skills

    • Understanding of lean/agile values& principles and associatedpractices
    • 3+ years of software engineeringexperience, preferably within Extreme Programming environment (TDD,Pair Programming, Simple Design, and ContinuousRefactoring)
    • 1+ years of software developmentwith Flutter (using Dart)
    • Good understanding ofthe Flutter ecosystem, including State Management, DI, and TestingFramework (Unit,Widget/Integration tests)
    • Someunderstanding of the Native mobile development life cycle includingiOS & Android-specific application development (Kotlin/Java& Swift/Objective-C and well-known applicationframeworks)
    • Proficient in testing with focus onautomated end to end quality
    • Familiarity withthe general mobile landscape, architectures, trends/emergingtech
    • Familiar with Analytics and A/B testingtools
    • Experience with continuous integrationand continuous delivery tools and techniques to keep thedevelopment branch always in a releasablestate
