- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for various roles.

- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Contribute to HR projects such as engagement initiatives and policy updates.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in [industry, e.g., oil & gas, engineering].
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and MS Office.
