Take part in the creation of a world-class program. Rainmaking is hiring an Innovation Project Manager to support the achievement of a key accelerator program.

You will be the planner and leader and you will oversee all operational aspects of the program including the smooth running of all activities.


Requirements:


  • You have experience working at the intersection of the corporate and startup world leading accelerator programs. You will have run at least two accelerator cycles previously
  • You have a significant project management toolkit and can lead successful projects from start to finish
  • You're a strong coach and have a great approach to startup mentorship
  • You are expected to plan and execute to a very high standard for both corporate and private clients
  • You have had previous exposure and are aware of innovation best practices such as the lean startup methodology, design thinking, etc.
  • You communicate new ideas and insights clearly and with strong narratives
  • You speak English proficiently, Arabic is a plus
  • You create strong relationships with clients
  • You can work within diverse teams from different backgrounds and cultures
  • You have a structured mindset, are a critical thinker and have a handson working style
  • You are a team player and great manager
  • You are detailoriented, adaptable and a multitasker with a genuine desire and ability to learn quickly
  • You have experience owning projects and take responsibility for followingthrough them
