    Job Description: We are seekinga motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Manager with aproven track record in sales exhibitions to join our team in DubaiUAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifyingnew business opportunities developing strategic partnerships anddriving sales revenue for our exhibitions andevents.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Identify and targetpotential exhibitors and sponsors for upcoming exhibitions andevents.
    • Develop and maintain relationships withkey stakeholders including industry associations governmentagencies and corporate partners.
    • Createcustomized sales proposals and presentations to showcase the valueproposition of participating in our exhibitions andevents.
    • Negotiate contracts pricing andsponsorship packages to secure commitments from exhibitors andsponsors.
    • Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop promotional campaigns and materials to drive attendanceand participation.
    • Monitor market trendscompetitor activities and industry developments to identify newopportunities and stay ahead of thecurve.
    • Track and report on sales performancepipeline status and revenue projections on a regularbasis.
    • Represent the company at industry eventsconferences and networking functions to promote our brand andexpand our network.
    • Provide exceptionalcustomer service and support to exhibitors and sponsors throughoutthe exhibition lifecycle.
    • Contribute to theoverall success of the company by sharing insights ideas and bestpractices with theteam.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or any relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience insales exhibitions preferably in the UAEmarket.
    • Proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
    • Excellent communication and negotiationskills with the ability to build rapport and influencedecisionmakers.
    • Strong networking abilities anda proactive approach to businessdevelopment.
    • Ability to work independentlymanage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Knowledge of the exhibitionindustry including market trends competitor landscape and bestpractices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite Google Workspace and CRMsoftware.
