    Description
    • Plan and execute events, ensuringclient satisfaction.
    • Cultivate strong clientrelationships for account retention andgrowth.
    • Participate in client meetings tounderstand and address theirrequirements.
    • Oversee the end-to-end productionof events and roadshows.
    • Collaborate withsales, operations, creative, and production teams for projectmanagement.
    • Provide on-ground support duringevents to ensure seamless execution.
    • Offerstrategic advice to clients based on discussions with themanagement team.
    • Collaborate with internaldepartments to create and revise clientproposals.
    • Handle client accounts for events ofvarious scales.
    • Regularly assess and addressclient needs to enhance satisfaction.
    • Improvecost efficiencies and profitability through effective suppliermanagement.
    • Work closely with the finance teamfor accurate and timely reporting on accountactivity.
    • Maintain open communication channelswith internal teams for cohesivecollaboration.
    • Provide regular reports onaccprount activity, highlighting key metrics and improvementareas.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in a relevant field ispreferred.
    • Minimum of 3 years'experience in a similar industry (events) ideally with anexperiential events background.
    • Provenexperience in experiential events and client accountmanagement.
    • Strong organizational, projectmanagement, and interpersonal skills.
    • Abilityto thrive under pressure and adapt to changingcircumstances.
    • Familiarity with the Dubaievents landscape is advantageous.
    • Strongcommunication skills (Arabic is a plus)
    • Musthave a valid UAE drivinglicense.
