Job summary
Establishes program requirements across all project areas ensuring deliverables meet approved criteria oversees development implementation of Project Execution Plans Health Safety Plans QA QC plans related governance documents acts as company representative with clients key stakeholders selected subcontractors throughout program execution negotiates scope changes with clients subcontractors while protecting commercial contractual interests collaborates business development teams to support client relationships secure additional program work participates negotiations regulatory authorities represents program in public stakeholder meetings directs manages phases program ensure delivery within schedule budget contractual obligations mobilizes internal resources build high-performing project teams capable delivering complex rail infrastructure leads development budgets schedules execution strategies project managers discipline leads monitors program performance milestones risks issues impacting cost schedule reporting regularly senior management implements corrective action plans address delays cost overruns scope changes advises clients accordingly promotes technical commercial quality excellence structured QA processes chairs regular progress meetings ensures timely resolution action items performs additional leadership responsibilities aligned program delivery needs.
