Responsibilities
+- Managing the overall operations of NHI program at PHCC ,
- .Monitor and guide project managers and the Health Insurance Team on execution strategies,,
i.Developing, processing,and monitoring evaluation tool kits to measure program performance.< br>.Act as a bridge between higher management and people who are responsible for execution of the program. Make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule
.Collecting , recording,and analyzing project data for developing insightful reporting for top management.
.Lead program-wide transformative change in the area of 'Operations , automation-CIS/HIM/CRCM & refine controls & reduce touch points.Job description
