Position Overview:
As a Steward in our authentic Italian Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
Your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.As a valued member of the team, you will contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Dishwashing:
Responsible for efficiently washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment used during food preparation and service.
Cleaning and Sanitization:
Regularly clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, countertops, floors, and storage areas to ensure a hygienic work environment.
Support to Kitchen Staff:
Assist the kitchen team by restocking supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed during busy service hours.
Trash Management:
Properly handle and dispose of waste and recyclable materials, adhering to waste management guidelines.
Tableware Setup:
Prepare and arrange table settings, ensuring that all dining areas are well-stocked with clean tableware and linens.
Assist Servers:
Provide support to servers by promptly clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
Maintaining Cleanliness in Restrooms:
Regularly clean and maintain the cleanliness of restaurant restrooms.
Stock Inventory:
Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
Adherence to Safety Standards:
Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers.

Salary:
AED1, AED2,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
